Kindly announce whether Emails are accepted in 'Patrawali' and if yes in which language. I had written email long back I do not know whether it was inclded or not as after that I was in tamilnadu for 10 months where VBS not available on Radio.so I missed.

After a year, i am with my soul. What have I made myself ? I always think about those who have never cared about me and left me in learch. I have a lot of time for TV. I stopped listening my soul. When my beloved left me in troubled water, Vididh Bharti  was my boat and my Patwar. What have I done yaar?

 It seems, some announcers of VB are still confused about SMS and E-mail.:( So many times it has happened that, in an e-mail manchahegeet or aap ki farmaish, they announce as......' pesh hain aap ke sms par aadharit filmi gaane' !! Even yesterday night, the male announcer announced the e-mail based aap ki farmaish as ' sms par aadharit'. I think, we call ourselves...' desh ka sabse lokpriya radio channel', we should be little careful about these matters too!!. Please, do not repeat these mistakes which seem small but matters a lot.Thanks.

Even today......wednesday , e-mail manchahegeet is not being played!! Only requests by posts are being played......KYUN??? It would have been so nice if Amarkantji would have mentioned about it in the beginning of the programme.!! kya karen.......jo suna rahen hain.......usiko sunn rahe hain!!......

At last ,much to my surpriseI found that the ,URDU service has usurped the place on shortwave of the VB..But still VB in not available on the 31 mtrs SW.as of now.

You will not improve in my lifetime,yaar.What the hell of a time you are showing,not IST But GMT as if youare a Londoner.

Instead a programme interviewing Pankaj Kapoor is aired,that too on a Friday afternoon at 2.30 p.m.YEH KYA HO RAHA HAI?

There is no "SADA BAHAR NAGME today,i.e.,Sep 14th at 2.30 p.m.What happened?

I have been listening Vividh Bharati since 1962. Previously it was titled Panch Rangi programme. One thing I observe that since its inception VB always enjoyed a powerful Short Wave relaying transmeter mainly on 25 and 31 meter band.  Its thundering voice reach all corners including Pakistan. However for last one year its relaying power has been demoted to a low frequency transmeter (may be 100 KW) and here in Karachi they are hardly reaching to radio sets. Here are well population of VB listners who enjoy its best programmes. It is therefore requested  that remedial be taken either to overhaul current transmeter or replace it to a new powerful one.

Today Wed 22 Aug listened Manchahe Geet presented by Amarkantji. It was shocking that single Persons 3 emails at 3 different songs were included.The same thing was earlier repeated 2-3 months ago by same Amarkantji with same persons emails.Then basic questioned arises in lakhs of listeners of india who sees Vividh Bharti  Announcers very respectly. Basic Questions are (1) So less Email Farmaish is being received for Manchahe geet that one persons 3 mails compeled Amarkantji to get included?(2) Was it Amarkantjis personal interst to get same persons 3 mails in a single programme?(3) Is there any higher officer from Vividh Bharti who influenced this programme?. I hope some responsible person from VB will look into the matter and it is a right of every Indian listener to know the fact as it is run on peoples money.

Today (Thursday 31th May) listened Apki famaish. I was shocked by listening 1song- O aawo mujhse rulao(Awarapan);2-mera mahi jake kyo nahi Aayaa(Kartavya);4-chehara kamal hai(maine jina sikh liya).All these songs are from new films.It is well known fact/truth that slot from 10-11pm(Chayageet+Apki farmaish ) always contains old songs having great contribution in hindi cinema/music.We all old song listeners like/love VB because only that reason.Otherwise what difference between other chillar statios and VB.Pls stop such encroachments from new casual announcers on valuable VB programmes.Thanks

As on todayI find latest Photograph of Late Shri Ganga Prasad Mathur whose Jhalki and Nataks we were listening in our childhood 30-40 year back on Vividh Bharati. It was a brand name for Hawa Mahal. To see Vividh Bharati at this height, there is no doubt that person like Mathur sir's efforts are there. Thanks to his Granddaughter Niti sharing her memories with Mathur Sirs Fan. Thanks again.

As already is on the recored that I am an old listner of VVB. To-day after a long interval I am again sending my views about VVB programmes.  I am living in Karachi where VVB signal were very powerful but last 2- months the signal are very dirty some other powerful radio statations like China radio is interrupted badly to VVB.  I feel pleasure to write here that I went to Muscate (Sultant Oman) where I stay for 3 months,  My transister radio was with me in Muscat I try to listen VVB it is great pleasure for me that where I listen VVB very clear.  My dear friends now I have come back to Karachi so please look my request about signals week signals.  Thanks God bless you all.  Masood Khan - Karachi.

It was a surprise to listen SMS KE BAHANE today Saturday 10th March. The programme was not planned properly as the programme was suppose to finish 10 min before schedule.Announser repeated the Rajnigandha song at last. Why such things haapend? Now in a digital electonics world every second programme can be planned. pls avoid the things.

I  am  a life long  fan  of  Vividh  Bharati  and  have been  listening  to  it  for  the  last  four  decades.  I  have been  sending  e-mail  manchahe geet  requests  since  it's inception.  For  few  months  everything  went fine  and  my  requests  were played  at  regular  intervals.
                             Since last  four  months  none  of  my  request  have  been  entertained. I  cancel  all  my  appointments  and  remain  gued  to  the radio  from  1.30  to  2.30PM  every  wednesday  and  Thursday  but  all  in  vain. I  send my  mails  to  manchahegeet@gmail.com.  
                             The  songs  I  requested  are  played  regularly,  but  the  listeners  names  are  different.  The  same  names  are  repeated  week  after  week.  I  can  listen and  also  see the  video  of  any  song  on  earth   on  youtube;  but  the  question  remains as  to  why  my  requests  are  not  played.  I  have  written  to  all  authorities  concerned but  to  no  avail.
                     I  would  urge  the  authorities  to  seriously  look  into  the  matter  if  VB  really  wants  to  keep  up  to  it's reputation.

                     I  have  lost  patience  and  am  sure  the  matter  needs  serious  concern.
                      If  the  mailing  id  has  changed,  will  anybody  let  me  know!!

Though You paid your homage to my favourite music wizard Jaikishen of the Shankar-Jaikishen team,it still remains disappointed to me that you ignored  him in "Sada Bahar Nagme".on Sep 12th,2011,the 41st death anniversary of Jai.This is my mixed reaction.
